Return Policy
Here at Flop Happy our goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your custom flip flops. For this reason we will replace or repair any products that are defective, due to our manufacturing, within 30 days from the time of purchase. However, because of the custom nature of our footwear, we cannot accept returns of products due to a customer being dissatisfied with their own choice(s) of color, sole design, or strap.
If you have received a pair that is in some way defective as a result of our manufacturing, please send us a message through our Contact Us page and describe what is wrong with your pair. You may also send us an email at admin@flophappy.com. We will strive to promptly repair or replace your flip flops free of charge.
