1.                 What payment options are available?

         We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. We do not currently accept paypal, check, or cash payments. Our credit card processing is very much secure, is handled by Authorize.net, and we have Rapid SSL encryption.

2.                 Who do you ship with and how quickly will I receive my order?

         We ship US priority mail for smaller and international orders, and ship with UPS for larger orders. Priority mail orders within the USA should arrive in 2-4 business days. UPS shipments should arrive in 2-5 business days.

3.                 What material are the flip flops made of?

         Our flip flops are made of TPR rubber and quality EVA foam. EVA is very common in flip flops and similar footwear. It can be found in many mass produced brands such as Reefs, Crocs, and O’Neils.

4.                 I want to buy flip flops for my group, should we do order wholesale or do fundraiser?

a.     Are you trying to raise funds for your organization regardless of who the pairs are sold to? For this I would recommend Fundraising. We would provide you with a code to give to your customers that would ensure that you are credited to receive a certain portion of their order. We would then mail you a check after the fundraiser was over.

b.     Or, are you simply trying to buy flip flops for the members of your organization for the best price? For this I would recommend Wholesale. In this case you the website automatically applies discounts to your order depending on its quantity.
